Is there any app to limit the screen time on Android phones/tablets?

I want to limit the screen time that children spend on their Android devices. Do you have any good idea?

Software is marvellous stuff but it shouldn't take away the art of bringing up children.

Talk to them about eye strain and the possible consequences or just tell them not to exceed certain hours. If that fails, take their devices off them.

two options:
one I already use, screentimelabs screentime it just works wonderful.
the second which I'm looking is Disney's circle to limit video game consoles and whatever isn't Android/Apple device!
