i have a wired internet connection 2 a laptop & i want 2 use the internet 2 my phone on wifi via bluetooth

Are you asking if your phone can act as a "hotspot" (allows you to give Internet access to devices)? If your carrier allows it and you have the right app then you should be able to do it. Some carriers charge more if you use your phone as a hotspot. You should check with your cell carrier before using your phone as a hotspot to make sure you won't have to pay an extra fee.
