Is there any way to get snapchat on a Windows pc?

While I can live without snapchat (I barely even use it), I recently drowned my phone and I can't use apps like these anymore. Bluestacks is a good emulator for things like Instagram, but snapchat no longer works on it. I'm not sure why, but this seems to be a problem with many people. Is there any other way to get a functioning snapchat on a windows 8.1 pc?

When you specifically search that, petitions about snapchat having to be added to the windows phone.
If you search pc it's a bunch of information on bluestacks, and people in comments complaining that it doesn't work anymore :/

lol snapchat does work on pv but you need to emulate android i.e bluestacks XD or andy etc
