Is this a good deal for a $400 laptop?

I'm a broke cs student looking to buy a cheap laptop for school. I can spend a max of $400. I realize that is a very limiting factor. I found this deal, and I'm wondering if this is the best I'm going to get for my budget, and if it's a good laptop/company (I've never bought a Lenovo before). What can I realistically expect to be able to do with this configuration, and what are the limitations? Thanks in advance for the help

Thank you for the feedback. That's what I was leaning towards, I checked benchmarks and comparable laptops and it seems like a good buy. It's a good thing I'm not in a hurry as it ships in 1 - 3 weeks.
