Is this a good laptop?

I was looking for a cheap, touchscreen laptop on newegg and I found this Dell Inspiron. Will it be good for my needs or is there a cheaper laptop out there that will run word processing and maybe some online gaming on something like miniclip.com? It has to be touchscreen because Windows 8 is a pain in the ass to navigate within without a touchscreen feature.

Alsylum brother yes it is more than sufficient to use as a normal laptop for everyday tasks!
