Question is this a keyboard issue

my "d" button doesnt work when i press it, but somehow works when i long press it, or pressing it right after another button that works eg, quickly pressing "d" after "a". what type of issues is this? how do i fix it? laptop is asus rog strix g16

i have this specific key on my laptop "d" that doesnt work unless i press it simultaneously after another button that works e.g pressing "d" right after "f". Whats the issue? how do i fix it? laptop brand is ASUS ROG Strix G16 (G614J)

Try the tool that was recommended in the other thread.

In addition, was anything spilled on the keyboard? Has is been cleaned?

Does the device work properly when an external keyboard is attached?
