Is this game heavy for a laptop?

Hi. I would like to ask if my msi ge62 apache pro laptop can run The Sims 4? Is it safe? Would it just cause my laptop to overheat?

That laptop can play any modern triple-A title just fine if it's on a hard surface (not being choked by carpet/blanket/clothes). Less intensive games will be playable on any surface (including Sims 4).
