Is This Laptop a Good Deal?

Hello everyone,

I've been searching for a 17 inch laptop to use for streaming and rec. gaming and that will also last me a few years (and also won't break the bank. Budget: $700). Here is a HP laptop I found on www.costco.com for $700:

Processor & Memory:

16GB DDR3L RAM (2-DIMM)

Drives:
1TB 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive

Operating System:
Microsoft® Windows 10

Graphics & Video:
17.3" WLED-backlit HD+ Brightview (1600 x 900) Display
4GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 850M Graphics

Keyboard:
Backlit Keyboard + Fingerprint Reader

I have 90 days from day of purchase to return the item so I can try it out for a couple months and return it if I decide I don't want to keep it. What do you guys think? Should I pull the trigger on this deal?

Would it be possible to pitch in an extra $99 for this laptop?

It has much better specs and it is quite a good deal at that price.
