Solved! Is this laptop enough?

Hi, I have a family member who needs a laptop and he asked me if I could help him. He wants a cheap computer that fits the basics. I don't know if a Ryzen 3 or an i3 will do? And if it serves, which is the best? There is a store where you can find laptops without Windows, which is much cheaper but I don't know if he liked the ACTIVATE WINDOWS watermark. Thanks

last one only have 128GB ssd. not enough
at least 256GB would be better. either 1st or 2nd one look fine for office work.
