Is this Laptop Good enough?

I will be using it for surfing the web, word processing and the occasional game or two. I have £400 - £450 and need it to be able delivered to England if you find a better one

That laptop is great for normal use. Also enough for gaming. but as you don't do much gaming, that laptop will be simply enough for you. I would've recommended to save some more money and get a laptop with a better gpu and cpu. But I think if you don't game much then it will be perfect for other normal use.

well whats the next best thing that is close to my budget? I could stretch to £500 possibly even £520 at max

The cpu of the laptop you mentioned probably has to be i5 3210m which is even weaker than desktop i3 3220. I also considered other laptop's on amazon.co.uk but that's only laptop I found was worth the money and was in your budget.
I hope you don't mind increasing your budget till 540 pounds, as it is worth it.
