8 gb ram ddr3
2gb graphic nvidia 840m..
can it run latest games smoothly if not y...

it will run them on low settings. Not a good gaming computer.

a 860m (maxwell) or a 960m is the lowest you would want to get fir a decent gaming computer.

a 970m is great if you have the money but those laptops get pretty expensive

Found nothing on flipkart or snapdeal that was better for gaming than the one you found in your price range. Still have to check ebay.

After checking snapdeal and flipkart, checked ebay India for 15 minutes (not gonna spend all day), and found nothing. Prices suck in your country. Find someone in the USA to buy the Acer I mentioned in my first post and have them send it to you as a "gift".

840m is a bit slow compared to 860m and higher. i7 is a wonderful Intel the only thing that could hinder you is the graphics. Make it higher if you really want to have a wonderful experience especially on gaming.
