I'm buying a new laptop soon and had decided on a y580 because it's powerful for the price and sounds reliable from reviews, but recently Lenovo lowered the price of one of the y500s down to USD 870. It has pretty much the same internals of the y580 i was going to buy but also it has a 16gb ssd (which is something I really wanted) and it's 130 dollars cheaper. The problem I have is that other than the very good reviews by some on their website, it sounded like good amount of other people experienced problems with it. Do you guys think the y500 is reliable?
