Is this program necessary?

QAAdminAgent.exe is using 1 gb of ram and I want to know if it's necessary or not. It's made by Acer Incorporated and overall just seems like a useless program but I don't want to delete it in case it has anything to do with the drivers on the computer. So in short, can I delete it or do I need it to run my computer properly?
