Everything looks great except the memory, which is only 4GB and cannot be upgraded in my special offer.

I am quite worried about 4GB RAM...Would 4GB RAM make a quite lag when executing a several windows??

Now my desktop is Intel i5 2400Mhz with 8GB Kingston RAM , running windows home 7 but quite a bit lagged....

Please comment on the follwoing specifications: Thank you!!

4 GB of RAM is fine most for most people's usage. The slow hard drive might cause "lag," but you should be fine with the RAM. Windows 8 and 10 both actually use less RAM than Windows 7. If you can run 7, you can run 8 or 10.
