It hurts my head using this crt, Im sure it would be easier on the eyes with an LCD.
 
It hurts my eyes, but it's doable. To think, this is what our scholars are spending their time doing. *Sigh*.

Just barely, with loads of discomfort, and I'm on a 24", 1,920 x 1,200 pixel, properly calibrated display and have good uncorrected eyesight.

In the same boat as you, it is readable....but WHY!
 
Bit hard to get the zoom right on the iphone4 haha.. But I can still just make out the words

Actually, you are wrong. Most LCD's have a big resolution, which in turn makes it even more difficult to read.

It hurts my head on this cheap LCD at work. I'm sure it'd be easier to read on my graphics series CRT at home.
