Issue with Headphones.

Hello, I have been having a problem with my headphones, after a few minutes of listening to something I hear a quick static noise and my headphones turn off. I've tried troubleshooting through the troubleshooter on Windows 10 and it has said that my headphones are unplugged even though they are plugged in. I've looked everywhere on google and I've tried updating my drivers and that hasn't worked. I'm running out of ideas, do any of you have any advice or solutions I could do?

I have a SteelSeries Siberia V3 Prism I've had it for a while now and this hasn't happened before.

Did you test them with another system? The cord may simply be broken.

I may be getting new headphones for Christmas. I don't know yet
