Issues with new HP laptop.

I recently bought a new HP laptop with windows 10 and I have been have loads of issues with it including the screen not turning on when I want to too and many issues with connecting to the Internet. But recently I noticed the issues are a lot less frequent when it is charging/ plugged into an ac adapter. I tried updating the network drivers on the device manager thingo but that didn't work. I looked all over the Internet but I couldn't find anything even. Any help?

You have problem of the display of your laptop, either overheat and problem of the OS compatibility, if this laptop is warranty bring this to the service center and have to check it.

Did you try updating the BIOS?

Make sure the battery is in the laptop and plug the charger to the laptop while updating the BIOS.
