Question It powers on it shows a black screen

Hi everyone,
When I press the power button once it doesnt respond until i press it continuously but then still when it powers on it shows a black screen.

Need more details, brand/model of system, what happened if anything before the issue started.

Could be anything between a bad screen to bad motherboard.
