iTunes can not recognise the iPhone . While searching for solutions I deleted the iTunes Lockdown folder in the Library instead of just the content of the folder.
How can regain that folder and how can I get iTunes to recognise my iPhone. I’ve been around the internet and tried different solutions: OS X is up to date and downloaded the latest iTunes version. Yet nothing changes.
Chatted to Apple even spoke to them
Any miracle solutions?

So what did Apple support suggest to do? Did you try simply re-installing iTunes to get the folder back? If you deleted the folder in Windows you can't restore it from the Recyle Bin or create a new folder there?

I deleted the folder from my mac and then clean the bin. Yes I am such a fool. And no where online you can get a new folder. I cant even delete my iTunes and install a new one. I installed a new one but couldn't delete the old one before
