Do you mean you deleted your internet browser or did you somehow delete whatever software you're using to talk to your modem?

In the former case, use the computer you're on now to download the browser of your choice, then use whatever method comes closest to hand (probably a memory stick) to transfer it to the laptop.

In the latter case, you're going to have to give us some more details about how you did it, but if it's something that came with the computer, a system restore would probably be the easiest way to deal with it.
