I've got a pair of Q12 wireless headphones that worked great wen I first got em, but all of a sudden i noticed the volume went really low wen i am on utube or netflixs but during a call the volume is fine... at first i wouldnt evn need to have the volume all tbe way up, is there something i could do that might boost it bk up to how it was? Plz help if u can... thx!!!

Start a youtube video and check the volume there.
Next, with the youtube still playing, click on the speaker icon down by the time, and then on Mixer. Check the volume for the app thats playing the youtube.

Its often one of those two.
