Solved! Jbl boombox not power

Drop my new Jbl Boombox at the pool, and now it does not power on and i can hear that something small is loose inside

That is physical and water damage, nothing you can do online to fix it. Need to get it replaced or looked at by an electronics repair shop.

If you can't find them on eBay it is likely only made available to authorized repair shops if they even have any for JBL. With the thing being dunked in water fully I may not bother buying parts since replacing one may leave 6 others that are bad.

From looking at the specs of the JBL Boombox, it's listed as waterproof, did you check with their support exactly what that means and how it affects warranty?
