just bought a new msi laptop gaming series TODAY and the speakers already sound like blown speakers

just bought a new msi laptop gaming series, and when i got it home i listend to music on youtube it sounded fine, let it do all the updates because its brand new. after all the updates and stuff it had to do I get it back on and the audio sounds like the speakers blew but I haven't been on it but one time, sounded fine before the updates. please help. thank you

If you are having that kind of problem and you just bought it, take it back and make them give you one that is working correctly. No new device should have problems.
