Just lines on display screen nothing else

Its a satellite M115, running w7, i replaced the screen already because screen was flickering and it still flickered after changing screen but now there are just colorful lines, i tried swamping out the ram and hard drive so i know screen, ram and hard drive are good

i forgot to add i try reinstalling windows 7
