I have a JVC 55" Class 4K (2160p) HDR Smart TV (LT-55MA877 and am unable to stream Amazon Firestick

does the amazon firestick work with this model? and if not, what tv box will work with it

The Amazon Firestick should work with any TV that has an HDMI input. The Firestick does have it's own wall wart power supply that need to be plugged in.
Have you selected the HDMI input that the stick is plugged into?
Can you check that the stick works with another TV?
Can you check that the HDMI input works with another source?
