Have you tried adjusting your subwoofer volume with the subwoofer control?

Yes the subwoofers work on a different terminal but then I can't use the primary speaker

Did you get this new or used? How long have you had it? If you can't get anything out of the subwoofer channel connections AND you adjusted the Subwoofer Control for more output... unless I'm missing something else, the subwoofer outputs may be bad/blown. If so, you will need to get it serviced (professionally) under warranty (if one is active.)

Got it used at thrift store so it's probably blown would a new fuse help
