Is Lenovo going to give Lenovo k900 android update to 4.3 or 4.4 ?

Nothing official is out yet, and I don't think it will be.

But there will always be custom ROMs. Go to XDA-developers.com and find your phone there. You can update to an unofficial Android firmware.
