Keep my Y700-15ISK or upgrade to Sager N855HJ

Right now I own a Lenovo Y700 Touch-15ISK, Intel Core i7-6700HQ, 16GB 2133MHz DDR4, with a 960M 4GB. The Drives are irrelevant at this juncture. I would like to know if it would be better to Upgrade to a Sager H855HJ with Intel Core i7-7700HQ, with 32GB 2400MHz DDR4, and a Nvidia 1050 2GB. Not the 4 GB. Really Torn here. I would be losing Sound Quality, Build Quality, and Screen Quality, also Touchscreen, for a Much Faster Computer. Just wondering if the GPU is worth it.

If so, it seems a decent enough gaming machine. But let's be clear about the specs:

The starting price is $749, but then you need to add $70 for an OS (Windows 10 Home), $265 for 32GBs of RAM, and $80 for a 256GB SSD (unless you're OK with a 1TB mechanical HDD). All told, $1,164.

By comparison, $972 will get you this Dell from Amazon US:

This Dell comes with the 4GB 1050 card and a 512GB SSD (and Windows 10). It only has 16GBs of RAM, but I doubt this will bottleneck your gaming ambitions to any noticeable degree.

The Y700 is a very capable productivity machine with great user features (e.g. touch-screen) and a GPU that can also play sophisticated games at decent settings. However, it is NOT a gaming machine so if your mind is set on serious gaming, the Sager/Clevo will be the more useful option. The Dell is more like the Y700 but with better specs, except the TN panel.

Ultimately, I'd recommend the Dell simply because I can see no reason to pay around $200 more for the Sager: Yes, double the RAM, but the same TN panel, and less SSD storage.

That Dell says it has a i7-740qm in the specs, which is rather old. But above it it says i7-7700qm , rather confusing.

Plus I've had problems with beach camera in the past exactly like this and don't trust them one bit.
If you do decide to get it, take screen shots of everything and verify that you get it all. Next run a game for hours and see if it overheats which is usually the issue with thinner laptops. The Beach Camera Dell doesn't give us a Dell model# to research ahead of time.
