keep turning off not off heating

i have a asus laptop it always turns off randomly without warning, not black screen just completely off, have to take the battery out and plug in again in order to be able to turn on again anyone know what is the problem? i just replaced with new battery same thing happening HELP please

Have you checked to see if it is perhaps overheating? That can lead to shut down to keep it from being damaged.

Try installing a temperature monitoring program and set it to log. Then the next time it shuts down you will have the info on what the temp was.

like i just turned on the laptop, sometime before logging in it shut down/off , didn't have a chance to overheat, could not use at all now max it last was like 10mins after turning on

Well, time doesn't preclude overheating. Especially if something is not functioning correctly.

If the battery is having issues, or the charger is, this could cause your problem. Some laptops don't work without the battery actually functioning, even when plugged in. However, since you said you got I new battery, barring the new one having a flaw, ti doesn't seem that would be the problem

Unless the charger is causing the battery to have issues. Power surge, etc., from the charger can cause problems.

Anyone else have any suggestions?
