Keeps Shutting Down

how can I fix my problem with my asus latop it was only new about a month ago it was fine a week ago but only yesterday it get bugged i dont know what to do i tried to drain my battery but nothing happened it just goes to boot logo of Asus and after that it goes to the lockscreen and if you get out of lock screen it goes to shutting down logo and I can't unplugged the battery of it because it was attached to the laptop my laptop doesn't have a issue with hardware it doesn't even heat when I use it please help me ASAP thanks (I have a Windows 8.1 laptop btw)

Hi,

Have you tried loading the laptop into Safe Mode?
- Turn the laptop off, turn it back on then start tapping on F8 repeatedly until you see Advanced Boot Option
- Once in Advanced Boot Option select Safe Mode then press enter (mouse doesn't work you need to use arrow keys)
- If it loads into Safe Mode without shutting down disable all your startup items
- Press CTRL + ALT + DEL then select Task Manager
- In Task Manager go to Startup tab.
- Disable all the startup items then reboot your PC again to load back to the normal screen
- Try if it will load your desktop with no problem.
