Key antenna doesn't work on my vizio tv no signal strength

Have Vizio HDTV I'm using Key TV antenna to set up watch TV but it still says No Signal?

Did you select the antenna as you input?
Did you run a channel scan? Digital broadcast only tunes the channels found during the scan,
If the antenna is powered is it plugged in to AC?
If you move the antenna higher or point it in a different direction you have to scan for channels again.
