if you mean something like keyboard shortcuts and hotkey combinations, then you will need to specify what OS or program you're using.

Also, keep in mind not all keyboards are same, some keys move around depending on localization or manufacturer.

Also, if you meant Fn key shortcuts on a laptop keyboard, again they differ by manufacturer, so you will have to be more specific.
