Keyboard 2nd upper case.

On my Acer keyboard in the upper case of "2" I am trying to type @ but I get " instead. Which is the 2nd upper case symbol. How can I get it back to the first upper case character @.

Have you tried changing the keyboard settings of your laptop?

If these doesn't work do try to uninstall/reinstall the keyboard driver.
- Open Device Manager and uninstall the keyboard driver.
- After uninstalling, reboot your laptop and it should reinstall the driver automatically.
- Next to try if these will not work is to connect an external USB keyboard and see if the same problem will persist because if not you make need to run a factory reset to resolve the issue.
