how do you scroll using the keyboard for the RCA atlas 10 pro + tablet

You wouldn't use the keyboard, you would swipe. Unless it is for a specific app that won't allow for swiping, which would seem rather odd.

i tried the up and down keys and that didnt work, that was the first thing I tried, I also tried holding the touch pad down and scrolling that way but that didnt work either

does it have a fn (function button) need to use that with up and down arrow.
