Keyboard issue of the laptop

The keys of my brandnew lenovo g50-70 laptop are not automatically pressed and the pages are sliding up and down without pressing the corresponding navigation keys.What is the solution????

Hi,

Please do check if sticky key is enabled.
- Go to Control Panel then in Ease of Access Center.
- Click on Make the keyboard easier to use.
- Remove the check on "Turn on Sticky Keys.

If these doesn't work do try these other troubleshooting steps:
- Check keyboard language settings.
- Open Control Panel and look for Region and Language.
- Check all tabs if they are all set to United States.
- If that doesn't work, try pressing those following keys which are not working using your onscreen keyboard (Ease of Access look for Onscreen keyboard)
- Connect an external keyboard and see if the same problem will persist because if does you may need to consider on doing a complete Factory Reset cause it's a problem with your operating system.
- If all these will not work, contact Lenovo support for a repair/replacement already.
