Question Keyboard keys not working properly

When I type the l key, it comes up l#. And when I type the 9 keys it brings up and option to change screens and the x delete key brings up the notifications.

Need some details here, this happened out of no-where or after a spill or something else that happened with the system? Is it only those specific keys that have an issue? Is the language setting set to your correct one?
