Keyboard problem, possibly hardwere

I have a problem with my keyboard, when I type letters, it adds numbers as well, and I cannot fix it, not even with numlocK pressed or insert pressed, nothing, please help.
An example of the problem is written bellow:

so first try pressing num lock sometimes overlooked or go in to setting language then reset and should work good luck otherwise
