Keys are not functioning

Only few number keys and touchpad of my laptop are functional while rest are not.

First thing, this started when? Did you spill something on the keyboard? Did you try re-seating it? You can try removing the keyboard from device manager then rebooting, try changing the keyboard layout in options to another language also. You may just need to replace it.
