Kyocera 1 week old used 23 GB of 32. SAD card only has pictures. Lost phone numbers, under contacts says none

Would like a useful app to retrieve contacts under phone contacts as now I use favorites for most recent #s. Also free internal storage and get SD card to use more storage.

If this is Android phone - sync it with your Google account, and your contacts will appear there.
As for using the SD Card - it depends on the OS version, you might have option to install apps on SD card, or use one of many "Move to SD" apps available on Google Play.
