Question Laptop 144hz and monitor 144hz

Hello I have Benq XL 2411P monito 144hz and laptop Acer Nitro 5 with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 laptop GPU, HDMI 2.1 (screen 144hz too). They are connected with HDMI and I can't use my monitor with 144hz. 60hz is max. What cable should I use to get my monitor works with 144hz?

If this is the laptop you have(there are many sub model of the nitro 5) and the adapter doesnt work just get a usb C to displayporet cable since that model has a thuderbolt 4 port.

I don't think usb C is connected to graphic card

If it is a thunderbolt port like the specs in the link say then it is.

You need to use a Dual-Link DVI-D cable or a DisplayPort cable. HDMI connections, including HDMI 2.1, generally support 60Hz at 1080p resolution on that particular monitor model.

Both not, it goes blank while gaming and not doing anything.

I play with only monitor, laptop monitor is black all the time.

I changed to both monitors and while my main is black, the 2nd monitor in laptop is ok

Still nothing. I noticed that the screen goes blank when i turn on a more demanding game.

I play with charging only. Now while playing 3hrs I had only 2 times blank screen.
