Sir, I have hp 15be012tu Laptop.,in 3.5mm headphone jack Does it supports TOSLINK cable

Ah nope. Totally different ways to sending signals. The headphones/speaker 3.5mm port is analog while an optical port (which uses that cable) is digital.
