Laptop very slow to open up no internet sevice .won't reboot unless you have the original 8.1 winows?

Need full details about the system. What do you mean about rebooting? Are you trying to do a factory reset? That is not "rebooting". Need exact details about what you are trying to do, brand/model of system and what is happening.
