Basically the title says it all. I got a new laptop a couple months ago and ever since I bought it the fans have been running on maximum all the time. From boot to shutdown they never stop running on max. Also the laptop get pretty hot sometimes and the battery lasts only an hour a tops. I usually use it on a flat desk so I have no idea why this is happening. How can I get them to stop and also is there a way to improve battery? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4P01ZS5608&cm_re=asus_r-_-34-231-521-_-Product
that is the link to the laptop i bought.

Send laptop to vendor or manufacturer for warranty.

If fan is running on max and laptop still gets very hot then something is wrong and anything we could advise you to do to fix it would violate warranty.

If fans are running at max and cpu is running at high load that will reduce battery right there. Could all be caused by motherboard defect as well.
