Hello I have a general notebook battery question that I can't seem to get a clear answer on. If I charge the internal battery of my brand new laptop to 100% and then shut it down (not sleep) and unplug it, and then turn it back on after one week what % of battery life should I expect to see as a "normal" or acceptable amount? My laptop drains about 2% per day in a shutdown nonsleep state with all applicable bios power settings set to conserve power (I.e., usb charging, wol, etc) - is this normal?

Solution
Depends on the quality of the battery but they all have internal leakage and oer time they lose voltage. so after a week I would say 80 and lower would be not good, 80 to 90 is ok, and above 90 would be even better.
