Laptop blinking on home page

I have a acer aspire one cloudbook 14. I charged it and tried to turn it on and it made it to the home screen from there it blinks between home page and a black screen and has the little circle like it is loading but does nothing. Any ideas?

have u try booting into safe mode to see if the same occur?
