Laptop Boots but doesn't show after Windows Boots

So I was trying to connect my dual screen and messed up a bit.

My pc (in Safe Mode) has no problem, I see the screen.
But in normal mode, the screen goes black after the windows logo.
This is probably due to me accidently clicking on the "change main monitor" but I can't seem to change the primary screen in Safe mode

Can someone help, I can't do anything in safe mode

can do a system restore to before that "click" in safemode.
