Laptop build help/info

Hello there, I am building a gaming laptop but I've only built desktops, so I dont know where i should start.

The base laptop has to be under $400 perferred $300

I am getting that part from family. The rest i will be suppling.
I not looking for anything hard core just to play csgo, and hammer sdk( map building for csgo) comfortably when im on the go and i want it to be stong with streaming videos as well.

Prefer: intel, windows 10, ports for mouse and headphones.

Yes i will be (gpu, cpu, memory). Well thats not good. How far up do i have to go? And can it be good for gaming at that price anyways?

You can't really build a laptop, similar to a desktop PC. For instance, you have to buy a laptop with a Nvidia or AMD GPU built-in (if you want better than standard Intel graphics). It can't be added by yourself later. You're looking for a "gaming laptop". New gaming laptops start at about $800. For your price range, you'll need to find a used gaming laptop.
