Laptop built in web cam problem...

My camera on my laptop Asus N61J used to work on skype but now does not? What do I do? I t says some other program might be using my camera ? None other is on at the specific time when I am Skyping. I see the other person but they do not see me. I try and turn on my camera but nothing happens.Please help.

Check your task manager to see what other program may be running in the back ground that my be trying to use the webcam feature and close it out.
