My laptop cannot play any game without crashing somebody please help

Here is my specs

EDIT:I have cleaned my fans uninstalled and deleted graphic updated everything restored it scanned for viruses pretty much everything i know.

What about the temps? Cleaning fans do not always solve overheating problems.

Ok well i know it isnt a overheating problem because it makes cold air and the games i run are assasin creed black flag 20FPS
Skyrim 40FPS low settings
and hl2 and all that other stuff
also minecraft can not load even thoguh that is a basic game


I restored it fully nothing changed so i wasted my internet downloading everything
and i am postivite it is not my software because i did a norton full scan nothing found and a avg 2014 pro and nothing was found.SO i am really stuck and the holidays are 4 days away

How long do you run them before they crash?

Just to the start menu or about 5 seconds of custscenes/gameplay
Flash games/internet games run for a couple of minutes
also above i put the links of the heat that my CPU and stuff was getting to

So the CPU is reaching almost 90c just for starting the game and going into the menu?

Yes it never gets the tiniest bit hot...
Btw its fully cleaned just checked
I have had my laptop for almost 2 years

Reaching 90c is a real problem, especially if that happens in less than 5min. Think about the temp it will reach if it didn't crash and you were gaming continuously for more than 30min, it would've gone over 100c which can damage the CPU. So the crashing seems like a protection from damaging the CPU.

The case isn't getting hot or the exhaust from the fan? That could mean a bad air flow inside the laptop.

Do you have any ideas how to fix it?
Btw i paid 200$ to fix my hard drive so i cant get a new one just yet

Can you check the temps one more time using this software http/www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html for more accurate parameters. Post them here(screenshot).

You've probably installed the chipset drivers when you bought the lap top.

I cant really play a game and run it because my laptop will crash....

I think it's obvious that you have an overheating problem. The way to fix this is too find a hardware professional or company in your area that would dismantle the lap top and clean it properly, reapply thermal paste too.

And what did he actually fix? The HDD? That has nothing to do with this...

He fixed nothing at all but he told me to play in balanced mode and lower something down to 99% so i am have been playing skyrim since 5:00 and it is running 30-60FPS and the temps go to 70-90 and 100 for a second it has not crashed yet after this ill test black flag because that runs on 30FPs-10FPs

Also i could not find any body that didnt require shipping(we are low on cash at the moment)

When i am idle it goes on 40-60 degrees

40-60c on idle is somewhat okay, but reaching 100c when gaming can damage the laptop's components. This is happening because of the turbo boost that the CPU is doing. It seems like you've set lower power settings now and the CPU isn't using turbo boost anymore and thus the lower temp (compared to previous results).
