Solved! laptop charging problem

my HP Laptop charges 88% the shows fully charged. when i am removing the pin it shows 88% charged when i am plugging pin into laptop again then its showing fully charged indicator light. how can i solve this problem?

You could use a battery utility to check the level of "wear" of the battery.
(I personally use BatteryBar to monitor it but there is plenty of)
